Many of us have seen the painful Miss South Carolina video of words coming out of her mouth. The video is below in case you haven’t seen it yet and were in a coma in 2007 and without a TV or computer.
Talk about havng a bad day. I’m sure the girl is very and a very nice person but imagine having to deal with your legacy of being a massive dump, of the brain, that occurred and only your dearest 40 billion friends saw. There’s probably a ringtone on some phone of her playing right now as a debt collector calls.
Can you imagine winning the next Miss South Carolina pageant and having that video as your legacy?
Well apparently Miss South Carolina Teen USA is wiser than we assumed from the video alone. Her intelligence surpasses what my inferior brain was able to process real-time as I watched the video.
Well the folks at Powerset, the guys hoping to build the next Google, have analyzed the transcript of the Crystal answer.
I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because uh some uh people out there in our nation don’t have maps and uh I believe that our ed- education like such as in South Africa and uh the- the Iraq everywhere like such as and I believe that they should uh our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S. or- or- should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future.
Two Powerset staffers were able to discover a useful structure to the transcript using their combined computational powers. Visit their blog and read the analysis. You’ll be surprised.

1I doubt Miss South Carolina could, herself, locate the US on a map. I also have that doubt about the lovely Aimee Teegarden. I don’t get why these contests even have the question and talent portion. Everybody’s sitting in their living room, with their hands doun their pants, screaming ‘take it off!’, anyway.
