So I got this comment on a previous post I had written about Bluehost terminating my web hosting account without notice and being jerks about it.

Agreed….why do they deactivate account without notice. I hate it too.

We’ll I’ve kept my preferred hosting company I’ve kept quiet. It’s a company called Serverpoint. They offer a wide variety of very reasonably priced products and services. Just like a lot of companies. But that’s not what makes them wonderful.

I’m probably shooting myself in the foot by telling you about them because the best thing about Serverpoint is that you are not a number. If you ever need tech support you will deal with the same group and get to know them.

Unlike Blewhost, Serverpoint is more like a family. They also have live chat tech support as well which is great if you need an immediate answer to something.

They also offer very reasonably price dedicated servers We run four dedicated servers with them and they just run and run.

In the years since I’ve been with them there has never been a power outage or data outage at the data center. Always important when you are running multiple online businesses.

I hope I haven’t jinxed myself by telling you how great Serverpoint has been for me but at least I know if some crap hits the fan, they’ll fix it with a smile.
