Damn them, they went bust as I was writing this.
Well fuel prices and an incredibly tight and competitive airline industry culled another victim today. The sad thing was that as of at least May 27th they were taking money from people and booking flights that are never going to fly.
I understand that the MAXJet planes have been sold to a sports team or charter company that flys sports teams. I wonder who will take over the sweet planes of Silverjet?
Seriously, whatever you do, from this point forward, please only use your credit card for airline reservations. You don’t need to have funds for tickets sucked from your bank account with a debit card and then have the airline fold. Till fuel prices get sorted out, they are going to fall like dominos.
