Why my blog is called buwenjames
Some of my friends asked me why choose the name "bu wen" for the blog. In chinese pronunciation, it can be "don’t listen" and "don’t ask" . Both are same pronunciation but differ meaning. Yes, I like these 2 words’ meaning. It is my attitude towards the people.
However, it doesn’t mean I don’t care for other people. What I mean here is, if a person give trouble to me, the first time I would "don’t listen" , then if he offense again, I will "don’t ask". but if he do it for third time, then I will become "no polite" (also same pronunciation of "bu wen" )
My philosophy is in most circumstances, I normally give people 2 chances if he offense me. Beyond that, I will be "no polite" anymore and he shall waiting my revenge.
Recently one of the staff in HSBC puchong disturb me 2 times in February and March by asking nosense questions, then in April again she did repeat the same questions again and I really cannot stand it and write a long complain email to HSBC headquater. Surprisingly, the branch manager and the customer services manager quickly called me in the same day to apology. Well, it is a efficient and prompt services, at least after my complain. :)
