I had to share this with you. So I just sent an email to the customer service address on my mobile phone bill. Here is the response I got back.
Thanks for contacting Vodafone customer care. Please note that we will shortly be closing this email address and request that all customers contact us via the webform for all future queries. This can be accessed via www.vodafone.co.uk or directly by clicking here.
Here is what is frustrating. First, I just got my statement in the mail today, so if they are going to close this email address, why print it on the statement? Second, if you are going to put a “click here” at least have the good sense to make it a hyperlink. A “click here” without a link is just an insult.
Another unfortunate example of poor customer service at its corporate worst.
