Banks could easily increase interest rates on customers that are carrying large balance in order to increase profits. Beware if you are carrying a balance.

I suspect that there are many people like me who know they have an option to use a credit card, but don’t take advantage of it because they have a lack of knowledge or interest, or simply are in the habit of paying for everything with a debit card because it ‘feels safer”, but is it really?
